If you can’t access your Pixel Strike 3D account, the steps below will help you recover it as quickly as possible. To protect player accounts, recovery requires specific details—especially your User ID.
How do I find my User ID?
Your User ID is the fastest way for Support to locate your account.
If you can still log in: Open the game and check your Profile or Settings screen for your User ID, then copy it exactly.
If you cannot log in: Look for your User ID in any screenshots you’ve taken (scoreboard/profile screens), or ask a friend/clanmate to screenshot your profile if they can still view it in-game.
Tip: When contacting Support about any account issue, include your User ID in the first message if possible.
I lost access to my account. What information do I need to send to Support?
Send as many of the following as you can to confirm account ownership:
User ID of the lost account (most important)
In-game name (exact spelling)
Approximate account level and/or clan name
Approximate last login date and your region/time zone
Any proof you still have (screenshots, old videos, receipts for purchases)
If you’ve ever made an in-app purchase, include a screenshot of your receipt as additional verification.
I created a new account—can you restore my old account onto it?
Yes—when possible, Support can perform an account swap to help you regain access. To do this, you must provide:
User ID of your old/lost account
User ID of your new account
Make sure you can access the new account before requesting the swap. Once a swap is completed, you’ll use the recovered account going forward.
I can log in, but my items/skins/weapons are missing. What should I do?
If you believe purchased or earned items are missing, contact Support and include:
Your User ID
Item information (item name, skin name, weapon/attachment, bundle name)
Time and date of purchase (or when you last saw the item)
A detailed list of events leading up to the issue (e.g., reinstalled game, switched PCs, logged out/in, joined a match, etc.)
Screenshots (inventory screen, store history, error messages) if available
The more detail you provide, the faster the investigation can be completed.
I didn’t receive my in-app purchase. What do you need from me?
If a purchase didn’t deliver properly, send:
Your User ID
A screenshot of your receipt (showing purchase date/time and transaction details)
What you purchased (Credits pack, bundle name, etc.)
Support will verify the transaction and help resolve delivery issues.
Do you offer refunds if I can’t access my account?
Pixel Strike 3D has a no-refunds policy. However, when something goes wrong, we may be able to reimburse purchases depending on the situation and verification results.
What should I do while waiting for recovery help?
Do not repeatedly create new accounts—it can slow down recovery. Create only one new account if Support requests it for a swap.
Gather verification: screenshots, receipts, clan info, and any details that link you to the account.
Join the official Discord for announcements and community support, but use the official Support channel/process for account recovery requests.
