My Game Is Crashing
Last updated April 11, 2026
If Pixel Strike 3D is crashing, you may notice one or more of the following:
The game closes to desktop/home screen during launch or mid-match.
A black screen or infinite loading screen followed by a crash.
Freezing, stuttering, or severe lag right before the game closes.
Crashes when opening the Shop, Skin Creator, Clan menu, or joining certain modes.
Causes (why it happens)
Outdated game version or a partially applied update.
Device/PC limitations (low memory/RAM, low storage, overheating).
Corrupted cache/data or conflicting settings files.
Driver/OS issues (especially graphics drivers on PC).
Network instability causing disconnect loops or crashes while loading online content.
Conflicts with overlays or background apps (PC capture/overlay tools, security software, etc.).
Solutions (step-by-step fixes)
Windows (PC)
Restart your PC and try again (this clears stuck background processes).
Update Pixel Strike 3D (make sure the download fully completes before launching).
Update your GPU drivers (NVIDIA/AMD/Intel) and install any pending Windows updates.
Close overlays/background apps (Discord overlay, Xbox Game Bar, Steam overlay, screen recorders). Then relaunch the game.
Check available storage: keep at least 5–10 GB free to reduce update and cache issues.
Verify/repair game files (if your launcher/platform supports it). If not, reinstall the game.
Lower graphics settings (if you can reach settings): reduce resolution, shadows, and effects to lower memory usage.
Run as Administrator: right-click the game executable > Run as administrator.
If it still crashes: send support your User ID, what happens right before the crash, your PC specs (CPU/GPU/RAM), and any crash message or screenshot.
Xbox
Fully restart the console: hold the power button for ~10 seconds, then power back on.
Check for game and system updates and install everything available.
Clear local cache: power cycle the console (full shutdown + unplug for 30 seconds).
Free up storage and try launching again.
Reinstall the game if crashes continue after updates.
If it still crashes: provide your User ID, your console model, and the exact point where it crashes (launch, matchmaking, end of match, Shop, etc.).
Android
Restart your device.
Update the game from the store and confirm the update completes.
Force stop the app: Settings > Apps > Pixel Strike 3D > Force stop.
Clear cache: Settings > Apps > Pixel Strike 3D > Storage > Clear cache.
Check storage and memory: keep free space available and close other apps before launching.
Disable battery optimization for the game (some devices kill apps aggressively in the background).
Reinstall if crashes continue (only after ensuring your account is linked/saved).
If it still crashes: send your User ID, device model, Android version, and a screenshot of any error.
iOS (iPhone/iPad)
Restart your device.
Update the game and install the latest iOS update available for your device.
Free up storage (low storage can cause crashes during loading and updates).
Close background apps and launch Pixel Strike 3D again.
Reinstall the game if the issue persists (only after confirming your progress is saved/linked).
If it still crashes: provide your User ID, iPhone/iPad model, iOS version, and when the crash occurs.
Still crashing? What to send Support
To help us investigate quickly, include:
Your User ID (required for account-related help).
Platform (Windows/Xbox/Android/iOS) and device model/specs.
Exact steps that lead to the crash (mode, map, menu, Skin Creator, Shop, etc.).
Time and date it happened and your region/time zone.
Screenshots/video of any error message or the moment it closes (if available).
Purchase and item notes (if your crash is related to missing content)
Pixel Strike 3D is play to win, but if you believe a purchase didn’t apply or an item is missing after a crash, contact support with:
User ID
Item name, time of purchase, and a detailed list of events leading up to the issue
Screenshots (including your inventory/shop screen)
For in-app purchase not received: a screenshot of your receipt
Refund policy: we do not offer refunds. However, we can reimburse purchases in eligible cases and may add a small amount of Credits (25–100) to make things right.
Account recovery (if you reinstalled and lost access)
If you can’t access your original account after reinstalling or switching devices, we’ll typically need:
User ID of the old/lost account
User ID of your new/current account
With both IDs, support can help perform an account swap when possible.
